CORONAVIRUS EMERGENCY TAX CREDIT FOR SANITATION OF WORK ENVIRONMENTS

Specifically, the Law Decree n. 18/2020 to art. 64 states the following: "In order to encourage the sanitation of the workplace, as a measure for the containment of the COVID-19 virus infection, subjects operating in business, art or professional environments are recognized, for the 2020 tax period , with a tax credit, equal to 50 per cent of the costs of sanitizing environments and work tools, up to a maximum of 20,000 euros. The tax credit is recognized until the maximum amount of 50 million euros budgeted for the year 2020 is exhausted ".
